Pau, a small city stay quietly in south France , around 50 km from the Pyrenees the great white mountains that located in the borders between France and Spain..
The city's history returns back to the 11th century , it was birthplace of Henry IV of France and still you can smell the history in many large castle, like the Château de Pau, and the place of Mary Ann Lincoln the wife of the sixteenth President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln
The city was a place to spend the holiday for Henry IV, the 16th-century king of France, Marie Antoinette & Napoleon
Pau has a huge centre for winter sports and equestrian events, as well as it considered to be one of the most greenest city in the Europe.
My personal attraction when i stayed is city was the WINDOWS !!!
The city had an amazing windows each one may have different story and different shape , while your moving on the streets you can see and amazing huge number o windows telling a lot of stories i tried to catch a lot of them in this album as well
